Refactors the LLM-based extraction pipeline to improve extraction accuracy and to reduce null values in result. Introduces regex-based fallbacks and targeted text search to supplement LLM outputs, along with stricter validation and consistency checks for stomach content metrics. Separates metadata extraction from stomach-data extraction to reduce coupling and improve accuracy.
Updates the workflow to perform table extraction, with formatted table input for the LLM. Enhances logging and JSON output handling.
