Adds support for the following class attributes:
* AS literal
* IS FINAL
* INHERITS FROM {class-name ...}
* USING {param-name ...}
Also support MF extensions IS STATIC, IS ABSTRACT, IS PARTIAL,
IS PUBLIC, IS INTERNAL.
