Correct Norwegian (no_nb) translation for webapp-cards-3.0

Multiple translation errors in source/webapp-cards-3.0-no_nb.yaml relative to the English source, ranging from typos to severely truncated descriptions and misplaced paragraph content.

Card description fixes

• VEJ: Typo elller → eller
• SM2: authorisasjonstoken → autorisasjonstokener (Norwegian spelling + plural)
• SM5: Removed fabricated clause about encrypted/non-encrypted channel switching; added missing "verified using a trusted backend service" condition
• SM8: Was severely truncated — restored all conditions: session time limit, account termination, privilege changes, and environmental/contextual attributes (IP, device, location, time, browser)
• AZX: Added two missing conditions: misconfiguration, and absence of a centralized standard authorization module/framework/service

Paragraphs section fixes

• T01140: Contained misplaced contributor text (should have been T00145 content); replaced with correct translation of "The attacker is always named at the start of each description"
• T01145: Removed — does not exist in the English source; content was misplaced
• T01411: Added missing entry "Bruk kortene i denne pakken" (EN: "Use the cards in this pack")
• T02970: Was a duplicate of T02960; replaced with translation of "Always consider removing cards that are not appropriate at all of the target application or function being reviewed"
• T01180: Version reference corrected from v2.2 → v3.0; removed erroneous "for Web Applications" suffix on ASVS name
