Hey, it looks like the update process for formula is broken, as reported in the CLI repo: OctopusDeploy/cli#541 – your workflow doesn't open a new PR in this repo as it apparently should.
The latest version is 2.21.3 while this tap is still on 2.20.0.
I can't say what is exactly broken since I don't see the release logs, but I at least pulled the formula from the release artifacts and I'm pushing it here as a manual update.
