feat: add blind ranking mode#3

New ranking-mode toggle on the "Your ranking" panel: Classic (existing nudge controls) and Blind. In Blind mode the player picks a round length (10/15/all 32); QBs are drawn one at a time in random order and dropped into any open slot to set their rank. Placements are final — no take-backs. On completion the result can be applied to the full board (seeds the top N, remaining QBs follow) so it flows into the existing share/compare features. Classic — the existing Top/up/down/Bottom nudge controls.
Blind ranking — pick a round length (10 / 15 / all 32). QBs are drawn one at a time in random order; drop each into any open slot to set its rank. Placements are final (no take-backs). On completion you can Apply the result to your full board (seeds the top N, remaining QBs follow), so it flows into the existing share + compare features.
Verified: lint clean, production build passes, and the place -> lock -> advance -> complete loop confirmed in-browser.
