This PR finalizes the release infrastructure for Atupa:
publish.sh: A helper script that manages the correct order of publication for the workspace's 9 crates to crates.io..github/workflows/release.yml: Adds apublish-cratesjob that automatically handles the publication to crates.io when a version tag is pushed, using theCRATES_IO_TOKENsecret.Everything is now in place for a fully automated cross-platform and registry distribution.
