Description

• Move jiangmuran from the Developers section to the Sponsors section in both README.md and README.zh.md

• Change heading from "Sponsor" to "Sponsors" to reflect multiple sponsors

• Resize jiangmuran's avatar to 48×48 to align with the existing sponsor logo height

• Remove jiangmuran from Developers, leaving only TRIP with 80×80 avatar and link
