Approved. Adversarial pass (prior agent): chainpad-server 5.2.4→5.3.1 = per-connection rate limiting feat + bug fix, no breaking changes, caret range ^5.2.4 already accepts 5.3.x. Desloppify Quality Gate failure is informational — not in required_status_checks per org ruleset 11439705 (verified via /rules/branches/main API on sister PRs #115 #118).
