Add a scanner to "tools" to find OBK devices in a network.
So if you add a new device, you can load "WebApp" for the device in AP mode an then add WiFi credentials in GUI.
After restarting device in STA mode, you can "scan" the network to find the IP of the new device in WebApp even if device was restarted.
