Fix typos in Power10 kernel

This PR fixes typos in Power 10 kernel #5448 which is causing the recent build failure.

I encountered the following build issue on Power systems:

Build Issue:

After applying this PR, I was able to successfully build OpenBLAS on Power8, Power9, and Power10 systems.
The changes fix the problem for me across all tested platforms.
