Bump guest meeting registration

🎩 Description

This PR bumps guest_meeting_registration module to its latest commit, to include missing translations.

Testing

1. As an admin, go to a meeting, go to "Registrations", and check "Registrations enabled", "Enable registration without a user account" and "Confirm registration by email".
2. As a non logged-in user in french language, in the FO, go to the meeting and click on the registration button.
3. Register to the meeting, and see that the flash message is well displayed (screenshot one)
4. Repeat the step 3 with the same email, and see that the flash message error is well displayed (screenshot two)
