Game patcher changes:

• Big refactor on the CLI project structure
• A more proper CLI parsing and command handling
• Refactor and improvements in the built-in log system
  • Support for multiples sinks
  • Sinks supports individual log levels
  • Better terminal support
  • [MAYBE]: Support for message templating and lazy formating
  • [TODO]: implement a proper flushing system and disposal of sinks
