Vol 2 · The Agentic Engineering Stack — a hands-on Organized AI workshop for builders moving beyond AI chat into real agentic systems.
Bring your laptop. Leave with a stack.
Hosted at Antler VC, Austin, TX — in-person + livestream. Presented by Organized AI · Register → https://luma.com/7ango3wp
Seven hands-on tracks. You walk in with prompts; you walk out with a typed, data-fed, self-improving, harnessed, cost-aware, remembering, observable stack.
| # | Workshop | You leave with |
|---|---|---|
| 01 | Planning | Prompts turned into typed workers + workflow DAGs |
| 02 | Giving Agents Data | Tools, MCP, APIs + retrieval feeding your workers at runtime |
| 03 | Agent Loops / RSI | An eval → critique → patch self-improvement loop |
| 04 | Harness Eng | The harness/factory: an orchestrator running a worker pool |
| 05 | Tokenomics | A cost/latency/quality-aware router with budgets + fallback |
| 06 | 2nd Brain | A knowledge graph + memory your agents can query |
| 07 | Observability | Token + span receipts, verified outputs, a live dashboard |
Each track lives in workshops/ with its own lab guide + checkpoint.
- Read
docs/ATTENDEE-SETUP.md— get to green in 5 minutes. - Skim
docs/STACK-MAP.md— the big picture. - Work the tracks in order under
workshops/.
Each workshop draws on granular build stations in modules/ (typed workers,
DAGs, data + retrieval, routing, memory, orchestration, QA, telemetry, RSI, deployment,
dashboard). The workshops are the event tracks; the modules are the parts they assemble.
See docs/FACILITATOR.md for the run-of-show (room + livestream)
and docs/BUILD-PLAN.md for the phased build behind this repo.
