This PR fixes a CI failure in the documentation build process by explicitly specifying the Tsinghua PyPI mirror when installing Python dependencies (loguru and sphobjinv). The failure was caused by the default Baidu source being unable to find certain packages.
Changes:

-i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simpleflag to thepip installcommand in the pre-doc-compile hook script
