Add default filters for dot folders and node_modules

This PR adds default filters to automatically exclude common folders that shouldn't be loaded in the project view, addressing the issue where it was taking too long to load projects containing .git and node_modules folders.

Changes made:

• Added two default filters to the FilterViewModel constructor:

  • A special .* filter that excludes all folders starting with a dot (like .git, .vs, etc.)
  • A filter for node_modules folders

• Modified the ShouldExcludeEntry method to handle the special .* filter case with custom logic that detects any file or folder name starting with a dot.

• Updated the README documentation to mention the default filters in both the feature description and usage guide sections.

These changes significantly improve the initial project loading experience by automatically filtering out commonly unwanted directories that can contain thousands of files, like .git and node_modules, without requiring manual filter setup.
