This looks like it should be fine to me (though I haven't tested), but it would be nice to also inject into the ASDF metadata like we do with the astrometric alignment |

Fixes issue resulting from #125 where coefficients from the
level_match_stepwere not being added properly to the saved FITS files. The code from that PR worked but with deprecated stdatamodel infrastructure (im.extra_fits.PRIMARY). Spot tested the current fix and it works for me, but would be good if someone else could confirm (perhaps @akleroy or @thomaswilliamsastro ).
