Added a Reference Files & Assets map at the top — a table telling Claude which file to load for which task (validation, search, SMART, testing, FSH, package manager, validator, server scaffold, templates). This is the progressive-disclosure mechanism the skill was missing. Replaced duplicated inline code with summary + pointer in the four sections that had twins in references/: §3 Validation → points to references/validation_patterns.md + scripts/fhir_validator.ts §4 Search → points to references/search_parameters.md §5 SMART → points to references/smart_on_fhir.md Testing → folded into the map, points to references/testing_patterns.md
