Thanks for the contribution - btw it doesn't look like the appveyor issue is related to your change, it looks like a newer version of NuGet detected something misconfigured. I'll look at putting up something to address it. |

Okay - I merged #88, and updated the appveyor config to use VS2017 instead of 2015. |

added inverse trait filtering, to allow to exclude tests which have a certain trait.
