Summary

desertaxle hasn't posted to the dev log in the last 7 days (latest: burner-redis.md, 2026-05-10), so roast-bot ran.

Adds content/blog/roast-desertaxle-the-policy-that-went-stale.md, a roast of PrefectHQ/prefect#22023 ("Clarify AI contribution expectations"): 831 words of docs prose telling contributors to be minimal and avoid long summaries, the same "low-effort ... may be closed" warning pasted five times, no linked issue on the PR that added the issue-link checklist item, three stale-bot pings over 51 days, and a review resolved by GitHub's default Update .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/1_bug_report.yaml suggestion commit.

Also bumps data/roast_bot.json last_run to 2026-07-27T13:00:00+00:00 for the site footer.

Direct push to main was rejected by branch protection, hence the PR.
