P2 Badge Rebuild the bundled renderer with the update

This lockfile bump updates future renderer installs, but the committed bundled renderer still includes DOMPurify 3.4.0 (src/prefab_ui/renderer/app.html:9676 shows the 3.4.0 banner and t.version="3.4.0"). In bundled mode/airgapped deployments, SVG sanitization still runs the old sanitizer, so this dependency update does not actually protect those users and the generated artifact is stale; regenerate and commit the bundled renderer with prefab dev build-renderers.
