Add the AWS S3 Flysystem v3 adapter to composer.json (version ^3.25.1) to enable S3 storage integration for file handling and uploads.

Resolve the alert function at event time so the app-layout navbar toast (window.ProcessMaker.alert) is used when available. Bind ProcessMaker.alert to preserve context, fall back to the global alert, and call showAlert with message/link for success or warning. This fixes issues caused by an earlier bootstrap stub that lacked link support.
