New name and purpose of SD4SOLPS. This package will eventually be registered with julia registry once IMAS gets registered with Julia Registry. This package depends on the Julia registry registered versions of IMASggd and SOLPS2imas. New code to perform system identification and develop general controllers and perform closed-loop simulations would be added soon.
Note that UUID has been changed from SD4SOLPS's UUID so there should be no conflicts with existing packages.
