Hi, I'm Praise 👋

I'm a Senior Full-Stack Engineer and Tech Lead with 5+ years of experience building and shipping digital products for businesses in fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, and media. I lead Techdozie Solutions, where I architect systems, lead development teams, and ship products across web and mobile.

I'm currently open to remote full-time and contract roles.

What I do

  • Architect and lead full-stack product builds end to end, from brief to deployment
  • Build backend systems and APIs with Laravel, Node.js, Django, MySQL, and PostgreSQL
  • Build full-stack web apps with React, Next.js, Vue, and Laravel

  • Ship AI and NLP in Python. I published PySpamDetector on PyPI and built the first Igbo-English code-mixed hate speech detection model

What I've shipped

Divine Promotion Fintech Platform. Led end to end as tech lead at Techdozie Solutions. Architected the system, built the Laravel backend and REST API, the public company website, and the internal admin web app. Led the team that delivered the mobile app and brand identity. Deployed the platform to production. Serves 848+ registered customers and has processed over ₦795M in total deposits. Live in production, with the mobile app on Google Play.

A social media mobile app I built end to end. Kotlin Android frontend, Node.js backend, and a WebRTC-based 1:1 and group video calling system with a self-hosted Coturn TURN server on a VPS for NAT traversal. Client name under NDA.

Other work includes a restaurant discovery platform using geolocation matching for the African diaspora, a social media SaaS with full Meta OAuth integration across Facebook, Instagram and X, multiple e-commerce platforms, and React Native mobile betting app frontends.
