Summary
Implemented contract read caching with TTL and metrics for reduced RPC load. Built projects API merging on-chain status with off-chain metadata, supporting pagination and filtering. Created wallet readiness validator endpoint that checks account existence, funding, trustlines, and provides actionable readiness messages for testnet actions.
