- Move all metadata from setup.py into [project] in pyproject.toml - Move dev deps from Pipfile into [project.optional-dependencies] in pyproject.toml - Drop setup.cfg - Delete Pipfile and Pipfile.lock - Keep setup.py but slim it down to just the Cython/Slurm build logic
