Add FunASR to OSS landscape

Summary

• Add modelscope/FunASR to the model-algorithm / multimodal landscape data.
• Link the entry to the existing multimodal category index.
• Include current GitHub metadata, MIT license, documentation URL, and ASR-related tags.

Closes #186.

Validation

• Parsed all data/tools/*/tools.json and data/categories/index.json as JSON.
• Verified modelscope-funasr is unique, points to https://github.com/modelscope/FunASR, has MIT license metadata, and is referenced by the multimodal category.
• Ran git diff --check.

Note: I could not run npm run build in the remote environment because node/npm are not installed there.
