Rewrote some entries to be more grammatical / human readable. Added VM icons.
qubes_doc is now a real Python package that includes a tool called `qubes-doc-update-icons`. This tool will check the `icons-to-update.json` file inside `qubes-doc/attachment`, if present it will use it to update files in `qubes-doc/attachment/icons` from their matching repos, placed next to `qubes-doc`.
* create the `icons-to-update.json` file * icons in attachment/doc are moved to `attachment/icons` * `media-eject` has been updated to `detach-light`
