Promotes [Unreleased] to ## [0.8.0] - 2026-07-08 (bundle noun fold, apply --dry-run removal, init flag reshape 7->6, apply/capture legibility + conflict doc, auto-release self-heal), marks the v0.8.0 plan shipped, and lands the CLI-surface and hunk-identity research notes. Merging this lands the dated version on main, which auto-release tags and publishes.
Replace 'a file ferry previously managed' with 'a file ferry manages' — a file with a last-applied record is one ferry manages. Clears the forbidden-past-tense docs-currency-lint check before the v0.8.0 tag; meaning unchanged.
