Just a general comment: when we install the rh-basic pack, the red-hat-security-mcp-setup MCP is also configured at project or user level, depending on the selected installation mode.
Since this skill install the same MCP as the one in the current pack, I'm wondering if this skill is really needed.

this field is for the red-hat-security-mcp-setup, that does not use any MCP tool during the execution. I think the comment below is misleading
