Fix incidental makefile errors that are found:
Removed some dependencies as we d not use system packages, added some dependencies as we do use system packages.
Only change I anticipate may require some testing is DUSE_OPENGL flag for flycast otherwise changes were just incidental findings that may have caused build breaking at some point, but are mostly cosmetic.
