完善 zig 生成脚本，已经在星火1号上做过测试。测试过zig 0.14.0 ~ 0.16.0

之前的生成脚本不支持最新版本的zig构建

更新生成脚本逻辑，添加兼容处理。

请提供验证的bsp和config (provide the config and bsp)

完成后，提交将自动更新至 zig-new 分支，关联的 Pull Request 也会同步更新。
Once completed, commits will be pushed to the zig-new branch automatically, and the related Pull Request will be updated.
