Feat: show element name

I thought it would be nice to show element type, id and classes (like web inspector does)

I thought that maybe selection border and tooltip must respect color selection, but didn't do that to preserve current color.

As for me padding in my tooltip are too big and font-size is too small, but to preserve ui consistency I took everything from existing orange tooltip.
