Release v0.14

[Rarmash]

This PR completes v0.14 with a mix of simulator additions, broader polish, and UI/navigation cleanup across the app.

Highlights:

• Souvenir Trade-Up support
• Cologne 2026 content import and related asset updates
• Broader automated test coverage across simulator, data, and helper layers
• Final UX polish for My Collection and Recent Activity
• Reworked glossary hub and cleaner navigation across Major screens
• README and roadmap updates to close out v0.14 and move toward v0.15

What’s included:

• Add support for souvenir Trade-Up contracts
• Import and wire up Cologne 2026 content, plus related logo fixes
• Expand automated tests across collection, repository, DTO, domain, and presentation helper layers
• Improve My Collection with clearer top-level actions and a better Recent Activity flow
• Rework the Item Glossary hub into a more structured category browser
• Improve Major tournament, team, and player list screens with clearer headers and cross-navigation
• Improve Major detail screens with reusable navigation cards and easier movement between tournaments, teams, and players
• Refine GitHub Actions validation and release workflows
• Update README, roadmap, and project badges to reflect the current state of the app

Notes:

• This release is more about simulator completeness, polish, and consistency than about adding a brand-new domain
• v0.14 closes out the collection/navigation polish phase and sets up v0.15 as a final pre-1.0 quality-of-life pass
