Updates the Gradle and Android Gradle plugin versions.
Updates the Android NDK version (much newer Clang, probably produces faster binaries).
Replaces some deprecated or removed APIs with their modern versions.
Adds ccache support to the Android build, significantly speeds up builds.
Adds missing CMAKE_C_COMPILER_LAUNCHER variable to all other cmake builds, should very slightly speed up compiling, such as with zlib for win32 builds.
Added support for devices with 16k page sizes.
