Also not mentioned on the last pr, Anti aliasing and screen space aa are now turned off, it gives a minuscule performance increase

enables etc2 textures, adds ffmpeg addons
Space effects changes how some spaces works, Might increase performance depending on the space, Borderless fullscreen mode changes how the fullscreen toggle works, enabling or disabling borderless in place of exclusive depending on the option (its set to exclusive fullscreen by default, or off) Reworked some settings, and added new descriptions
