説明

• source: このパターンに一致するすべてのリクエストがリライトの対象になる
• serviceId: リダイレクト先の Cloud Run の ID
• region: Cloud Run がデプロイされているリージョン
• pinTag: 特定のバージョンのサービスをピン留めする
