• bump route-engine-js from 0.2.0 to 0.2.1
• update the VT Route Graphics sync default to route-graphics@0.1.2 and the VT Docker image to rtgl v1.0.10
• keep rendered-line auto completion and framebuffer preservation limited to VT debug runs
