Team 14 pricing calculator MVP: slider, layout, and copy updates

Updates to the team_14 base MVP pricing calculator:

• Usage input: Replaced dropdown with a slider ($20–$200, $1 steps) and an editable number box; value syncs between slider and box; out-of-range values clamp to 20 or 200.
• Layout: Slider and number input aligned with the inputs above; extended slider so the number box right-aligns with Commitment Term; added space below Copy Summary button.
• Copy: Updated help text and Commitment Term option "3+ Years" → "3 Years" (label and validation).
