Add GitHub Workshop Series 2025 Blog Post

I have successfully added the "GitHub Workshop Series 2025" blog post to the website.

Key changes include:

• New Blog Post: Created src/content/blog/2026-github-workshop-series.md documenting the two sessions held in January 2026. The post highlights the speakers, Hae Eun Lee and Nadon Panwong, and acknowledges the facilitators.
• Event Images: Uploaded 5 event photos to src/assets/images/blog/2026/, including a hero image and photos of the speakers and participants.
• Asset Optimization: Configured all image references to use relative paths, allowing Astro to perform build-time optimization and hashing.
• Cleanup: Ensured no development artifacts or unnecessary dependencies were included in the final submission.

The changes have been verified with pnpm build and visual inspection via Playwright screenshots.
