Add Cybersecurity Workshop Blog Post

I have added the "Cybersecurity Workshop: Staying Safe in a Digital World" blog post.

The post includes:

• Details about the speaker, Balamurugan Narayanan (Security Advisor at Microsoft).
• Recognition of facilitators from SIMGE.
• Insights shared during the workshop.
• Relevant tags (Cybersecurity, Workshop, Microsoft, SIM IT Club).

I also attempted to add an ITCamp blog post found in the directory, but it lacked the necessary image assets which caused build failures. I have omitted that post for now to ensure the site remains stable and buildable.

Verification:

• Ran npm run build successfully.
• Verified the post's appearance on the blog index and detail page using Playwright screenshots.
