…de since the root finder was not adding any discernible benefit and slowed down calculations. Also added new input variables and functionality so that ga00aa, ho00aa, and tr00aa can be used at different phi positions. Also cleaning up some semi-colons and removing variable initializations.

This adds to the pull request by @jacobrking which was forked from the April 27, 2017 version that was hosted at https://w3.pppl.gov/~shudson. Changes include:
Preprocessor definitions to remove NAG dependency and replace with LAPACK/MINPACK/ODEPACK/FFTPACK/QUADPACK calls from Netlib.
Other minor edits to compile with gcc 4.8.2 and later.
Preprocessor definitions to allow OpenMP parallelism.
