docs: update second UIUX traceability

Summary

• TSK-012 repo 문서와 Wiki 추적성을 2차 UI/UX 구현 기준으로 정리했습니다.
• UIUX-### QA 매트릭스, 1.3.3 후보 릴리즈 노트, TSK-012 child issue/PR/merge SHA 근거를 연결했습니다.
• 현재 main의 src/hooks 추적 파일 수와 source-quality 기준선 불일치를 제품 동작 변경 없이 88개로 보정했습니다.

Architecture Boundary Gate

• Responsibility map: repo docs는 Web Front 구현 추적성, Wiki는 운영 정본 링크, issue는 완료 증거를 소유합니다.
• Dependency direction: 문서는 구현 PR/issue를 참조만 하며 API/DB/OAuth/provider contract를 변경하지 않습니다.
• Test seam: markdown diff, UTF-8 strict read, source-quality/unit, lint/typecheck/build입니다.
• Scope map: TSK-012 traceability docs와 현재 코드 기준선 보정만 포함합니다.
• Architecture risk: PR/merge SHA 없는 항목을 완료로 표기하지 않도록 후보/TBD를 명시했습니다.
