ISD_data/ contains the logic to download and parse integrated surface data NOHRSC_data/ contains the logic to download and load the gridded snowfall dataset. stormevent_data/ contains the storm event database logic. aggregate_data/ contains the logic to join the three datasets into the aggregated blizzard climate dataset.
experiments/ contain the classification experiments on the data.
