Broke up the alternative steps per JetPack version into combinations of NVIDIA JetPack and SUSE Linux version, to avoid users adding multiple - reported by @sndirsch.

@lvicoun I've removed the product-specific pieces from this pull. Once merged, I'll do follow-ups for the maintenance branches with the kernel updates on top. Thanks.
