Closed for rework: CI fails in tests/test_label_migration.py. The mixed-label test expects #213-specific labels even when #213 already has labels, while the implementation only applies UNLABELED_ISSUE_MAPPING to completely unlabeled issues. A retry run should either adjust the test expectation or implement explicit known-issue classification consistently. |
