Declare integration_cmd in profile.yaml, add check-stub-canary.sh, and wire hermetic verify where applicable (stop hook unchanged).
Add ADR-0000, threat-model.yaml, and adversarial.sh for anonymous inbound POST → 401. CI runs adversarial after integration E2E.

Align contributor docs with CI e2e-smoke job that runs ./scripts/integration-e2e.sh.
Preserve adversarial_cmd and integration_ci_required from PR branch.
Reach auth check with minimal hris_membership_sync body; run .next/standalone/server.js after build (output: standalone).
