This is a wordpress theme with the following requirements:
- Pro version of Advanced Custom Fields
- Import the existing Custom Fields definition from the live page
- Set the "Front Page" page as the landing page within the wordpress settings
- Make sure the header and footer menus are assigned the correct slots
