Nuxt, Slim4 Authentication

Startup steps

1. clone the project and type in the following command docker compose up
2. cd into frontend directory and type in npm install, npm run build followed by npm start
3. Head over to localhost:8080 (phpmyadmin) and create a new database called nuxt-auth
4. Head over to localhost:80 the website should be live now!
