Fix sig name conflict

[Bilchreis]

• properties in ignore list are now properly prevented from signal instantiation
• secop commands wrapped in bluesky commands are now generated as method stubs, instead of abstract methods. the methods are overwritten by the correvt functions upon connection
• some codegen related dependencies are moved from [dev] group to the package dependencies
