Each package now declares Homepage / Repository / Issues / Changelog so the PyPI project pages link back to the repo and release notes. Closes the launch-checklist Phase-0 "[project.urls] missing" item before we cut v0.1.0. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
